Our space is designed for smart, age‑appropriate dry land. One half focuses on controlled resistance‑band work for mobility, core, and speed. The other half uses squat racks and traditional equipment to safely build strength and confidence.

Move Strong — Foundations for Youth Fitness

Coach Karly | Movement • Coordination • Confidence

This one-hour session introduces kids to fitness in a fun, encouraging way. We build agility, balance, and core strength through creative movement and games that keep kids active and smiling.

Sport Strong — Performance Development

Ice Hockey • Ball Hockey • Ringette • Volleyball • Baseball • Soccer • Basketball

Coaches: Karly • Neil 

  • Hockey & Ringette: explosive first step, stride/edge stability, RQC balance & control.
  • Volleyball: vertical jump, landing mechanics, shoulder mobility.
  • Soccer & Baseball: rotation strength, sprint acceleration, decel & balance.
  • Basketball: lateral quickness, first-step speed, jump power & conditioning.

More than punches — this program builds discipline, awareness, and inner strength. Sessions blend striking fundamentals, cardio conditioning, and defensive drills that improve coordination and confidence in a positive, respectful environment.

Why Reactive Quickness & Core Matters

Reactive Quickness & Core Matters trains the body to react efficiently while staying strong through the core. Better posture and balance mean improved skating, jumping, lateral movement, and injury resilience across every sport.

  • Skating/Stride: stable hips & trunk = more power on each push
  • Jumping/Landing: strong core = safe force absorption & higher vertical
  • Change of Direction: quicker feet + controlled torso = faster first step
  • Injury Prevention: alignment + deceleration skills = fewer overuse issues
