KEEP KIDS
IN THE GAME.
Every child deserves a chance to play. Every family deserves time together. We work with Calgary communities to remove cost and time barriers, keep kids in sport and strengthen parent-child relationships.
Small acts. Lasting impact.
More opportunity.
More kids playing.

About Future Leaders
Sport should be for everyone.
But barriers get in the way.
Future Leaders Foundation brings Calgary families and community partners together so more children can play, belong and grow. Cost matters. So does time. We aim to ease everyday pressures around sport so parents and children can spend more meaningful time together.
$
The cost of playing
Registration, equipment and ongoing expenses can put sport out of reach.
↗
Access to opportunity
Busy schedules, laundry and equipment care take time. Practical support can give parents more time with their children.

Support that continues
UNFinity family support is our developing approach to simpler routines and stronger parent-child connections. Future Magnoli integration is planned, not yet available.
How we help
Three ways to create opportunity.
One connected purpose: remove cost and time barriers through youth sport, equipment care and family support in Calgary.
01 / Play & development
More than a game.
Sport, mentorship and shared experiences help young people build confidence, belonging and leadership.
02 / Equipment & care
Keep good gear going.
Professional cleaning and sanitizing help families care for the equipment kids rely on, while supporting our mission.
Together.
03 / Community impact
It takes a team.
Families, teams, leagues, schools, businesses and donors all have a role in creating opportunities for young people.
Our sustainability engine
Clean gear.
More opportunity.
Equipment care helps keep good gear in use. Laundry support can ease another everyday pressure. These services can give families time back and help sustain opportunities for kids to play. Contact us for current options and availability.
Professional equipment cleaning and sanitizing is available locally through UNStink by Bel-Aire Cleaners. Connect with us to learn how your family, team or league can get involved.

Our community
Stronger together.
Calgary is our community. We bring families, teams, leagues, schools and local businesses together around practical initiatives that reduce barriers and help children thrive.
We are developing educational resources with Tasha and pRinse of Bel-Aire: practical ideas for equipment care, everyday routines and family connection. Resources will be shared as they become available. Have expertise or a Calgary community initiative to contribute? Let’s connect.

Our purpose goes beyond participation. It’s about what young people take with them when the game ends.
Confidence
A chance to try, learn and discover what they can do.
Belonging
A team, a community and a place where they feel welcome.
Leadership
Experiences that help young people show up for themselves and others.
