A supportive, movement-based program where girls build strength, confidence, and a sense of belonging that keeps them engaged in sport and in themselves.
The Strength & Confidence Lab is designed to help girls build physical confidence during a stage when many begin to step away from sport.
Participants develop strength, improve movement skills, and gain confidence in a supportive environment. Through shared progress and mentorship, they build the resilience and self-belief needed to stay engaged and continue growing.

Who Is This For
Females aged 11-13 who:
- want to feel stronger and more confident

What is the Confidence + Strength Lab?
The Confidence + Strength Lab is a supportive, movement-based program designed specifically for girls to build strength, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Through guided sessions, mentorship, and shared experiences, participants develop both physical and personal confidence.
Does my child need experience in sports or fitness?
Not at all.
This program is designed for all levels – including girls who are new to movement or may feel unsure in traditional sports environments.
The focus is on growth, not performance.
Is this a competitive program?
No.
This is a supportive and non-competitive environment where girls are encouraged to grow at their own pace, build confidence, and support one another.
What will participants actually do?
Participants will:
- Take part in guided strength and movement sessions
- Learn proper movement techniques and injury prevention
- Build confidence through achievable challenges
- Be part of a positive, team-based environment
