Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning space is designed to support safe, effective training for all experience levels.

With 4,000 square feet of open space, resistance bands, and traditional racks and weights, we focus on teaching how to move well before adding load or intensity.

Training here is about:

  • Learning proper form and mechanics

  • Building strength through correct movement

  • Improving balance, coordination, and control

  • Getting the blood flowing and staying active

We believe strong foundations lead to long-term confidence – in training and in everyday life.

Boxing & Movement Training

Boxing at Future Leaders isn’t about fighting – it’s about movement, focus, and confidence.

Our boxing-based training supports:

  • Cardiovascular conditioning

  • Mental sharpness and focus

Sessions emphasize rhythm, footwork, and controlled striking, making boxing an engaging way to stay active while sharpening both body and mind.
