Camp Details
Basketball Skills Development
Advanced skill acquisition, reading, understanding, and executing game-specific scenarios (like pick & rolls or off-ball screens reads), and elite training methods used by university and pro athletes.
Classroom Sessions
Film study for tactical and technical understanding of skills being learnt, leadership development, and basic athlete-focused nutrition education for performance and recovery.
Strength & Conditioning / Athletic Performance
Age-appropriate sessions focused on leadership, teamwork, and positive communication—essential life and basketball skills athletes can take with them on and off the court.
- Executing pick & roll actions (ball handler and screener, offense and defense).
- Ability to read different pick & roll coverages and options to beat each.
- Shooting mechanics under pressure and with quicker footwork.
- Cutting and screening to get open and score efficiently.
- Ball control and manipulation to enhance deception.
- Reacting in triple-threat and off-the-dribble situations.
- Efficient, explosive dribble moves that create separation.
- Changing speeds of the ball and body to create deception.
- Using the body to create space from defenders and protect the basketball.
- Various footwork and finishing techniques (off one or two feet).
- Aggressive scoring mentality when driving.

3 Days Multi-Sport Camp
July 2nd through July 4th
For boys & girls aged 9 to 12. Whether you’ve got game or not, whether you want to work on strength or just be active, we look forward to playing with you & helping you meet some fitness & sport goals. With a mixture of skills work & games & a side of friendship building, campers can look forward to lots of fun in an environment designed to help kids & adolescents build strong hearts, strong minds & strong bodies.

Come ready to play in this 3-day camp! With a short week, we’ll get right down to the business of growing our sporty skills & putting them to fun use, playing a variety of sports & games with new friends.

- Campers will need to bring snacks & a lunch.
- Participants are welcome to arrive each day as early as 8:30 am. for some unstructured free time with fellow campers & some goodies to play with while they wait. Similarly, campers can play together after 4:00 p.m. while they wait for their rides. We ask that campers be picked up each day promptly by 4:30 p.m. to allow our team to head home to their families as well.
4 Days Multi-Sport Camp
Aug 5th to Aug 8th
For boys & girls aged 9 to 12. Whether you’ve got game or not, whether you want to work on strength or just be active, we look forward to playing with you & helping you meet some fitness & sport goals.
