The NHL Street Leadership Lab uses street hockey as a platform for leadership development.
Participants build confidence, learn to communicate, and take responsibility within a team environment. Through shared experiences — both wins and challenges — they develop the skills to support others and step into leadership.

The NHL Street Leadership Lab is a team-based program that uses street hockey as the platform to build confidence, connection, and leadership in young people.

Does my child need hockey experience?
Not at all.
This program is designed for all skill levels – including beginners. The focus is on participation, teamwork, and growth, not prior experience.
How is this different from a typical sports program?
While sport is the platform, the focus goes beyond the game.
